Nandamuri Balakrishna, who has a huge fan following in Mass audience is suffering with lack of proper Hits. After a Block buster movie Simha in 2010, he doesn't has an average film also. this time he is coming with a power packed Mass entertainer 'Legend' under the direction of Boyapati Srinu, who is famous for Mass films. This is the highest budget film in Balakrishna's career. after rocking promos and songs Legend Movie got an attention of Total Tollywood. Jagapathi Babu playing Vilan role is another major asset of this movie. Radhika Apte and Sonal Chauhan are palying female leads. Balayya fans are eagerly waiting for a powerful hit from long time. Let's see whether it reached all those expectations are not ..

Story :-

Krishna (Balakrishna) is an NRI, fighting for justice anywhere in the world and He is deeply attached to his family members and also in deep love with Sneha (Sonal Chauhan) and he seeks his grandmother’s blessings for their wedding.

His grandmother is a very strict lady, who does not want him to come to India. But Krishna surprise her by paying her a visit with Sneha. With his attitude of saving people in trouble, Krishna soon ends up as the enemy of the powerful Jeethendra (Jagapathi Babu).

The movie enters into flashback mode when Jeethendra sees Krishna. There is an old rivalry involving Krishna’s family and Jai Dev( elder Balakrishna) enters the scene. The rest of the story deals with political drama between Jai Dev and Jeethendra.

Performance :-

Balakrishna in Jai Dev's Role is Simply Superb. His Dialogue delivery is fantastic. He is Engertic and Powerful in Legend role. coming to krishna's role, he looks good as a young hero. Overall Balayya Performance is Feast for Fans. Jagapathi Babu did a fine job in Jeethendra's role. his old look in first half is amazing. his getup and looks are great. on the whole, Jagapathi babu is perfect in Opposite to Balakrishna.

Sonal Chauhan is used as a glamour doll, She has nothing to perform. Radhika Apte's role is small though she did a good job. Comedy King Brahmanandam role Wasted. rest of the characters made their job well

Technical :-

Boyapati, he made film running with good pace and he succeeded in showing Ballaya differently and in powerful look, film starts on good note but eventually falls after first song, its is clear once again that Boyapati can only come good at action sequences but not comedy, Brahmi was wasted and big minus to the film, comedy and love track were pale and dragging, film only picks up at the interval, all three songs in the first half are big minus for the film, dances were not good, leaving interval and hero introduction scene aside first half is not up to the mark, but Boyapati showed his best only in second half starting with Legend title song, continuous powerful dialogues will be feat for fans and mass movie lovers, again film falls flat after first 30 min in second half but Radhika Apte’s sentiment scene followed by track fight makes the film happening, climax is dragged. Leaving action scenes aside which were very well canned and one scene where hero carries heroine on shoulder Boyapati failed to impress with other scenes, screenplay was good.

Music scored by Devi Sri Prasad was pathetic, only 2 songs looked good on screen, while its all about BGM, he gave life to the film with extraordinary BGM, especially in the interval sequence and second half his RR is main asset for hero elevation and is on par with Ballaya’s performance. Cinematography is good. Editing Ok. Production Values are fine.
