Nani disappointed the audinece with paisa movie. after 2 weeks gap from paisa, this time nani coming with a bollywood remake 'Aaha kalyanam'. Vani kapoor paired up with Nani for this film. The Movie unit made massive promotions in both Telugu and tamil .. and movie is releasing in almost 600 theaters in india. Yash Raj Films produced this movie. so the production values will be good. This is the big release in this week. but, there is not much attention on this movie in Audience bcz of Present issues in the state, Paisa effect and also it's not a straight telugu film .. but, all these are very small things, if the movie got a hit talk .. ok. let's see whether it's a hit or phat.
Story :-
Shakti (Nani), a jobless guy meets a girl Shruti (Vani Kapoor) with high ambitions. Both of them start a marriage planning business. They start from a very low scale and grow up, mean while shruti loves shakti, but shakti sticks to his promise with shruti. which he gives at the very beginning of that business .. mates can't become life mates, after that shruti starts moving away from shakti, then he realizes that he is also loving her .. but she was already engaged with another guy, what happens at the end, did hero manages to get the heroine is rest of the story..
Performance :-
Coming to peformance, we have to talk about nani 1st .. Nani is one of the finest actor in tollywood. but he didn't showed his strength in this Shakti Character. but, his comedy his comedy timing, dialogue delivery is good. on the whole Nani got a Pass mark ..but not with distinction. there is some disappointment.
Vani Kapoor, who made a debut in bollywood with Shuddi desi romance is looking gorgeous in 'Aaha Kalyanam' . apart from glamour show his dubbing is irritating and her expressions are terrible in some scenes. she did't tried to improve his skills and . she never looked like a south indian girl on screen. overall she is just ok. coming to other roles.. Simran made a fine job in a special role and rest are made their job
Technical :-
Gokul Krishna , made a debut with this film. The thing is when you want to make a bollywood remake into south, you have to change the script according to south only. But Audience didn't get that feel throughout movie. Tamil flavor was seen in some scenes. Screen-play is quite boring.
There's nothing to talk about Music by Dharan Kumar .. it's just an average compose. BGM is also not upto the mark. Cinematography is fine. Editing is the Main Minus of the film. Many Scenes were Dragged. production Values are Great, sets were grand and it's Upto YRF Standards
