After giving a blockbuster movie like Gabbar Singh director Harish Shankar is coming-up with yet another action entertainer movie where he is showing Jr Ntr in never seen kind of role.everyone was eagerly waiting for Ramayya Vastavayya with much Expectations. Let's see whether movie reached the expectations or not
Story :-
Nandu( Jr.NTR), a college student fall in love with Akshara( Samantha) who is studying in Hyderabad along with her elder sister Sanjana. After few initial hiccups, Akshara also falls in Love with Nandu.Nagabhushanam ( Mukesh Rushi) fixes Sanjana marriage in Karnataka.
Akshara, Sanjana and their Grand Mother Shalini leaves for Karnataka and Nandu also joins them for the marriage. After the marriage, Nandu kills Nagabhushanam in and takes revenge.

Performance :-
NTR is Crucial for the film. He looks very stylish in the movie. He is at his best in dialogues, fights and dances. However, there is no scene to showcase his emotional side. Director failed to utilize his talent to fullest. A big disappointment to NTR fans.
Samantha Played Grammer role at again, Shruthi Haasanjustified her selection. Both are feast to eye.
Mukesh Rushi is wasted while Ravi Shankar steal the show in antagonist role. Kota, Tanikella Bharani, Pragathi, Nagineedu and Raghu Babu appears in brief roles. Senior actor Rohini Hattangadi’s grandmother role is unimpressive.
Technical :-
Harish Shankar failed in selecting the story and direction department. Unfortunately, the screenplay made it better to watch. Harish Shankar did well in dialogues department. “Evaru padithe vadu buddodu buddodu ante... guddaludatheesi kodtha.. ala pilavalante o arhathundali... ledha naa abhimanayyundali”, “Records gurinchi aandaggara maatladakandi, nenu nickers vesukunnappude tiragaraase’ . Finally Harish Shankar didn't utilized NTR in a full manner like Pawan Kalyan in Gabbar Singh.
S S Thaman scored good music but climax bgm is disappointing. ‘ Jaabilli Nuvve’ is good while all others sound like his old movie tunes. Background score is good. Chota K Naidu cinematography is good. Ram Laxman using the same techniques in all their movies. Goutham Raju didn't do well in editing like his previous movies
Final Verdict :- Overall Ramayya Vastavayya is a one time watch film.
